How long does it take to design and make my personalized order?
It depends on what you have ordered, how many orders were placed prior to yours, if you purchase during a holiday or busy time of year, and how long it takes for you to approve your designed photo proof(s) from us. Generally, we finish 1-2 weeks for personalized products that are on our online store. If we are making something custom, that is not currently on our online store, then it may take us 1-3 months to finish.
We are a small business and work around our young child and a railroader schedule (those who know...know lol!). Time-frames may vary and could be pushed back. We will always keep you in the loop if any delays arise.
If you need your item(s) rushed, please contact us prior to ordering and we will accommodate the best we can. Rush fees may apply.
Supplier shipping delays can also be a factor for longer time frames of order fulfilment. We will keep you posted if that is the case.
If you have not received a photo proof from us for any custom or personalized items within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.
How long does it take to ship my non-personalized order?
Any items purchased through our online store that are not personalized are usually shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Any pre-order non-personalized items, will ship within 1-2 weeks after purchase. If you need your item(s) by a certain timeframe, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can let you know estimated ship date range. If you have purchased a mix of personalized and non-personalized items together, we will generally ship/or have you pick up all your items together, unless stated otherwise. Extra shipping fees may apply, if applicable.
How will I know what my personalized item will look like before I receive it?
Every item that is personalized in our online store includes a free photo proof that will be sent to you via email, or social media messaging (if fist contact to us is made via social media). Once you approve your personalized photo proof item, then we will make it for you. We will also send you a photo of the finished product before we ship or before you locally pick up your order.
Do you offer pick up?
We offer contactless door pick up in Kamloops, British Columbia. Be sure to choose "pick up" option in the shipping section on our checkout page. If you are picking up your order, then we will contact you when your order is ready for a timeframe that works best for everyone.
Do you make custom personalized items?
We do accept custom orders (items that are not available on our website) but are limiting them to a case by case basis. We work around a young child and a railroader schedule, so certain custom orders may take us much longer to complete, and even sometimes a bit longer than originally quoted. Contact us with any questions you have prior to ordering.

Do you accept e-transfers?
We do accept e-transfers as a method of payment in our online store. Please contact us prior to ordering to set this up. We will send you a email invoice as well as e-transfer details to complete your order.
Please note that sometimes e-transfers may take up to a few hours to deposit.
When purchasing an e-gift card, how do I redeem the card during checkout?
E-gift cards are emailed with a code to either the purchaser from our online store, or from us to you (refunds/store credits, etc.).
The e-gift card code in the email can be used during your checkout towards your order. Copy and paste the code from the email to the "discount code or gift card" box on our checkout page (located under the items in your cart, and above your order total).
The e-gift card is applied to the order total, which includes shipping and taxes (if applicable).
If you have lost or accidentally deleted the email with your e-gift card code, please contact us prior to ordering and we can re-send a new e-gift card code to you.
When redeeming a e-gift card, the checkout will display one of the following options:
1) If the balance on the e-gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click "complete order".
2) If the balance on the e-gift card is less than the order total, you are then prompted to choose a second payment method before completing your order.
